Prior to joining Terapeak, Colin How was Managing Partner of Applied Human Capital Inc., where he specialized in strategic planning, organizational design, and the development of high performance leadership teams. Previously, Mr. How successfully raised almost $10M in private equity as co-founder of H2ST. With Mr. How at the helm as president and CEO H2ST was selected as a finalist for Red Herrings Top 100, a list of North Americas most promising new technology companies. Mr. How holds a Masters Degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University. He is the driving force behind fortifying Terapeak’s rapid growth with talented people and a sustainable structure.

Following the completion of an applied science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1997 at Okanagan University College Anthony E. R. Sukow worked as a project manager on various engineering and manufacturing projects, including the set-up of a multi-million-dollar fuel-tank-manufacturing facility for Volvo trucks. Subsequent to three years of project management, he returned to the University of Victoria to pursue a degree in Finance and Economics. Mr. Sukow is focused on Terapeak’s strategy, as well as the development of innovation and a healthy corporate culture.

Andrew E. R. Sukow is the systems architect, leveraging experience from his studies of computer science at the University of Victoria. Mr. Sukow provides leadership for the continued development of the Terapeak system and has demonstrated proficiency with one of the world’s largest data sets from eBay. The architecture he has developed is scalable, dynamic and extremely fast. To meet the challenge presented by the vast eBay dataset, Mr. Sukow conceived and implemented a hybrid solution of best practices for handling and processing over a billion transactions. Mr. Sukow has led his development team to create an elegant solution to provide analysis of e-commerce data with extraordinary speed and depth of research.

Jord Tanner has extensive experience in IT Management and data warehousing. His experience includes over 15 years of server and database administration for major corporations in North America. Mr. Tanner’s role at Terapeak includes architecture, hardware administration, system administration, and database administration. He also manages day to day maintenance, disaster recovery planning, scalability and availability planning for Terapeak.
